Storm And Me VPN Data Deletion

Storm And Me VPN (Android package com.stormandme.samvpn) does not require a traditional user-created account with a name, email, and password. The service does create a pseudonymous device registration used to provision VPN access.

How to request deletion

We may ask for limited information necessary to identify the relevant device registration. Please do not send passwords, private keys, one-time codes, payment information, or other sensitive credentials.

What can be deleted

After we identify the applicable device registration, we can delete the pseudonymous device registration and associated service records that are not required to be retained for security, fraud prevention, legal, or compliance purposes.

Retention

Records required for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, troubleshooting, or legal obligations may be retained only as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes.
